From Prato to the Hills of Carmignano
This program offers you electric bicycles, helmets and maps plus a guide who is familiar with the area so as to spend a few hours pedaling along some of the most beautiful roads on the Carmignano hills. The service includes departure right from your home or choice of location in the area and guided wine tasting.
The program
Starting from the historical centre of Prato, we cross the town to enter the ancient Cascine di Tavola's country area, pass nearby the majestic Villa Medicea of Poggio a Caiano and climb up to the beautiful Via Petraia to arrive in Carmignano. After a visit and a break time, we descend towards via Macia to get back to were we started. With tastings in a typical winery in the area.
