The program:
With our fresh pasta making class you will learn how to prepare traditional dough for ravioli, gnocchi, tagliatelle and Italian sauces. Thanks to this hands-on experience you will learn how to make delicious traditional pasta and receive plenty of tips to surprise your family and friends at home with extraordinary fresh pasta creations. This class is designed for enthusiasts who would like to explore the foundations of Italian pasta making and do that in a real Venetian home, with your food loving guests who will tell you all about their city while nibbling raviolo! We will be enjoying our pasta with some typical Venetian cicchetti and pair everything with delicious Prosecco. All we need is eggs, flours, water....and a glass of wine to pair your pasta with! This experience is ideal for families with kids.

The program (10:00–13:00 or 17:30-20:30) includes: dinner on the rooftop, wine tasting, recipes of the day.
