L'Erbolaio is a small company that collects and transforms mountain products, with artisanal systems in order to guarantee the goodness and genuineness of the products. First quality fruits are used, which are collected and packaged with all their mountain flavor, prepared just as we mountain people have always done at home. Now it is a privilege of all to taste these riches of the mountain, which we offer in traditional recipes, handed down for generations. With the passing of time they have delighted many palates and even those superfine have not spared honor and praise to the healthy and pure taste and the unmistakable scent that only good things have.
L’Erbolaio is located in Abetone on the top of Apennine mountains, on the board between Tuscany and Emilia Romagna.
