Dried Pink Chickpeas
The Cecino Rosa is an ancient variety of chickpeas present in the Florentine area we received from the University of Florence. Presents a pinkish color and a wrinkled peel; is a type of chickpea of small caliber that can keep the cooking point. It contains 23gr of protein, 8mg of iron and 2mg of carotenoids. The Cecino Rosa can be transformed into flour by milling stone thus facilitating its use in the kitchen.
