A Pizza Night in Rome
A cooking lesson focused on high-quality sourdough pizza making. All the ingredients used are organic and seasonal. A special location with wood-fired brick oven in a garden of a beautiful Roman house.
The program:

18:00 You meet Carlo, a pastry chef with long experience also in the catering field, passionate about food quality and organic products. He works as a chef for the employees of the American Academy in Rome and often runs cooking classes for students and tourists. He will be assisted by Serena, who also works as a chef at the American Academy.

18:30 You start to knead, spread out, add toppings, bake and eat your pizza together. You will also learn about leavening, flours, baking, tips and tricks and a bit of history about our beloved pizza.

20:00 You will seat at the table and you will taste all the Pizzas you produced, accompanied by wine, beer and other drinks.
Half day program (18:00 – 21:30) includes: English-speaking chef, pizza lesson, dinner with pizzas and drinks.
