Chocolate Making Class
This activity involves children from 5 years old
Arranged by the only chocolate factory in Venice, this activity will allow the children/family to discover the secrets of chocolate making. The class, led by a master chocolatier, will teach, for example, how to cook a ganache cream, how to temper chocolate for truffles, how to obtain the right thickness in a mousse. Children will leave with their own handmade titbits.
The lab will be held from 19:30 to 21:30 both in summer and in winter season.
The program (19:30 – 21:30) includes: English-speaking guide, visit and tasting at the laboratory.
Price: €630 for all the participants, a maximum of 5 participants.
