Ice-cream Making Class
Arranged by a small, unique ice-cream factory, the class is led by a master gelato maker, well-known in Venice for his amiability and unique personality. The class will teach how to prepare one of the best ice-creams in the city, using only seasonal ingredients and no flavor enhancers. Flavors, besides the traditional ones, include rose, ginger, cardamom, saffron, asparagus, green tomato, fennel…

As the lab is really small, the activity is conceived for 3 to 5 people at a time.
The program (16:30 – 18:30) includes: English speaking guide, visit and tasting at the laboratory.
