Acacia's honey
Monofloral honey that we produce in May when the Robinia tree (Robinia pseudoacacia) flowers. It is a light colored honey, particularly appreciated for its sweet and delicate taste of sugared almond and vanilla.
For its qualities it is ideal for daily breakfast use, as a sweetener for coffee or tea, on fresh or aged cheeses or for cooking dishes, where honey should be perceived without prevailing.
