The program:
- 16:30 You meet your guide at your hotel reception, an expert sommelier, she will introduce you the local wines and territory and she'll guide you by using your senses in a fascinating journey into the Venice wine world
- 17:15 Visit to the oldest bacaro in town, where legend says Casanova was used to go
- 18:00 Another ancient bacaro, the local down-to-earth version of wine bars, serves tapas traditionally washed down with a glass of wine that were long ago nicknamed ombra, after the wine seller in the Piazza San Marco, who kept it in the tower bell shade to keep the wine cool and fresh
- 19:30 You are back to your hotel
